While not without it's flaws this was a great course! I have some IT experience and I loved reviewing the basics before launching into the next course!

There is a lot of information in this course. The information is presented in a way that anyone with any level of experience can understand and retain.

Very helpful introductory course teaching the fundamentals of technical support, preparing the student for a much deeper dive in the following courses.

Good introduction to the basics of IT. I believe the fundamentals are the most important part of the IT field, and mastering them are always a benefit.

The modules are in depth, but explained in a manner that can teach even someone who has very little experience with anything IT related can understand.

I really enjoyed this course. It was a great introduction for persons new to IT. I was familiar with many of the concepts but it was a great refresher.

Very good program. I would have liked a little of more experience in networking, but it did a really good job explaining hardware and their processes.
