The best course website out there, i was looking for a good IT Support course that was from a known and respected company and had a low cost also

I earned the IT technical support fundamentals from Coursera online in a short period of time. Thank you google IT and the Coursera instructors.

Once I dedicated the time to the urse it was really good. I did have a couple of issues doing the labs, I just needed some patients with myself.

I really enjoyed this course, even though there was some confusion towards the middle but that is why you must reread everything more than twice.

Makes you learn in a kindly way and keep looking forward to start next level in the IT Support Certificate.

This course is very good for a beginner.It reminded me of a few basic things I had forgotten and also it had me touching areas I never did before

This provides a great overview of what you are going to be looking at as an IT Support. Im also glad this is accessible to review in later dates.

This course was excellent. I learned a lot. The videos and the supplemental readings were very informative and helpful, and so were the labs.

Really interesting course, gives you the basics of IT and shows you parts of the IT field that one can dive into and then make a career out of.
