This course is awesome. It gives the basics and teaches how the foundation of IT Support is laid and how it works. I love it!

Taking Technical Support Fundamentals gave me a refresher on what are the basics of networking and the history of the internet.

A very good course and very qualified trainers. My expectations were fully met and I hope to apply my newly acquired knowledge.
