I was struggling in the first few lessons and tended to quit. However, thanks to the instructors sharing about their backgrounds, their goals, their sense of humor in-between the knowledge, I was motivated and kept picking of the lessons.

I am glad that I could finish Course 1. Can't wait what they have to offer in the future courses.

Great course google provided, Knowledge, I did gain. Program was worth it totally. I had no experience at all, l learn a lot had a few issues with Quiklabs session they were challenging and confusing some of my lessons at times, But my overall it was a awesome class and great for a beginner like me. And I’m glad I choose the course.

I am very happy to complete this course. I was able to expand and retrain computer technology and troubleshooting skills. I was very interested in the people skills, resume writing, interview skills. I like to work for Google one of this day and I also like to teach others . I love to help others succeed in their career and dreams.

I really liked the "Technical Support Fundamentals" course, you can see the great knowledge of the people who present them, I loved the use of virtual machines and the tips to systematically solve problems, I appreciate that they add subtitles to the videos, it's a great help for those of us whose language is not our birth language.

This is amazing course for beginner to achieve the professional certificate of successful in your IT career. There was lap sessions and quiz and other things design for understandable to everyone. I already have a bachelors degree in IT so this course was relatively easy for me but looking at a newcomer's standpoint it is a very good course just at the right difficulty for beginners. Everything is clear and to the point. There is no extra stuff thrown in there to mess with you like you may find at a proper university lecture.

I loved every moment of this course. I really enjoyed how the instructors were thorough with the information given. The only thing I would change is during the videos, when the instructor says something wrong and the bubble pops up to correct the mistake, just have the instructor "act" out that part again. It is kind of distracting.

It is really the amazing content to kickstart your career in the most demanding IT field. It will not only open the opportunities doors for you but it will increase the productivity and new word requirement that will shape the planet in new ways. My love for computers has always been a driving force for the things I do. Combine that with my job as a mix engineer and recording engineer, you get a enjoyment of all the techy stuff with the human interactions. I loved every bit of this and I am going for more. Great a course for absolute beginner interested in pursuing a career in IT! Intro to history of computers, architecture and computer logic, as well as networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, customer service, and even helpful knowledge on the interview process! Looking forward to the next course on the way to the certificate!

This course is geared towards beginners in the industry. 4.5 stars for a solid introduction to several relevant topics. If you are looking at this from the perspective of someone with intermediate (or higher) experience looking for a refresher, portions of this course will likely be a bit too easy (4 stars from that perspective).

I thought this course was very informative. Moreso than some of the videos I watch while pursuing my degree at SNHU. I didn't get that "im confused" feeling, and if I did, it was very quickly resolved with the next video or later in the video.

I felt this course was extremely well done; it was clear and concise. It was pretty straightforward and easy to follow on your own. I enjoyed that there was variety in different people teaching the material. As I feel, it helps keep your attention. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone thinking about a career in IT.

Excellent introduction to the IT world, perfect for someone with no experience. Gives you just the right amount of information without overwhelming you and at the same time leave you wanting more. The course inspires you to pursue kernels of data to explore your IT passions. Great foundation and looking forward to what's ahead!

This coures gives you an overview of what IT is and what your role will be. It helps you to understand all the different avenues in IT. The videos were helpful along with the notes. My only negative is that on some of the quizes a wrong answer didnt always tell you the correct answer. I am looking forward to moving on to course 2.

As someone who has been doing tech support for a while, I really appreciate the scenarios. As silly as they may seem, they are exactly things I have experienced before. This is especially for the one where the customer wanted to hear from the male tech instead of believing the woman tech. This helped solidify these courses for me.

Wonderful Course instructor and easy to learn method of lecturing. It was an insightful session for me and I greatly appreciate Coursera and Google for putting this together. The instructors were very good at explaining the material very intuitively . How the course is design helps the learning process very smooth and easy. Through text, in person video, hearing. I think this was the best intro to IT course so far. I have taken others but this really takes into account of everything not just IT but the customer service aspect of it . It really gives a wholist view of what a career in IT looks like. Plus I LOVE THE SUCCESS STORIES that come in between the leachtures , its a total refresher
