This is a great primer to get started with the overall knowledge of IT and the various skills and areas that an IT Support person needs to be successful. The format of the course makes you want to continue and includes a good balance of videos, reading references and hands-on activities. I plan on taking the other courses to obtain the certification when completed.

I have learned a lot, from the basics and fundamentals to the latest and essential skill and knowledge that a technical support needed to possess. It was also a bit of a refresher for me since I was then a tech support myself for some years now. Definitely would love to have this kind of courses and would certainly share and endorse this to my colleagues and friends.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course slowly walks you through the basics of IT so you have an understanding as to how it has progressed to where we are today and allows you to step your foot into the water so you can get acclimated. I feel like I'll be able to expand upon knowledge because they allowed me to work with the fundamentals and test what I've learned.

I really enjoyed the course. It would be nice if the the videos had more pop-up quizzes. Also, it seemed that there were a few times that what was on an end of week quiz was not covered in the content. A question on the "history of internet" comes to mind. This of course has always been true of presentation, note taking and testing; part of the education process.

A great module for getting started. I found the reading material was losing my interest. Decided to start skipping it and focus on the video lessons mainly. Totally worth it for me. Everyone is different though. That's just what worked for me. All the content was good. VM labs were nice. Looking forward to moving forward to new challenges. 6/5 stars worthy.

I had fun learning what's it like being in the field of IT. As our world dives into a technological world, it is CRUCIAL to learn about how our computers work and how we can improve it to make our life much easier

There are minor grammatical errors in the testing portions, but it does not take away from the overall content of the course. The content is optimal and involves actually submerging students into the IT world via Qwiklabs. In this course we used Linux and learned commands, put together a computer and learned the parts, and even got to practice interview scenarios.

The course was made so that even those who have almost zero experience can start with the basics, so that was nice to see. Too many courses start with a predetermined level of user knowledge leading the user to fall behind quickly and become frustrated. Thus, ending the course prematurely as a result. This isn't the case here, so that was refreshing to see. Thanks.

It was a good introduction to IT support. I have a better understanding now of the technical side of IT support as well as the user perspective. It was tough in certain sections but with persistence, diligence and resourcefulness, I was able to finish it. I am coming from an education background and this course is doable even for people who have non-IT backgrounds.

This is a very useful course to acquire computer hardware, software and networking fundamentals. The use of Cloud Platform for practical assignments is a good way to have practical-based remote learning and can be adopted in schooling, I hope it is adopted this way in the future. Thank you for this course and the great ways adopted to have practical-based learning.

instructor explain with visual videos and it is very good to understand as they provide examples easy to follow and to understand. The labs are easy to follow but the only issue is the RDP to connect to the VMachine as I got disconnected every time that I attempted to connect to a VMachine. So I have to use the alternate method of https://www.allmydesktops.com/app.

Easy to follow along to with the help of many resources such as videos, documents, and remote viewers that puts you in the shoes of an IT technician with steps to guide you along the way. Thoroughly enjoyed taking this course and learning a LOT of new information in regards to the IT field, computers, and even how to go about applying/interviewing for a position!

It's the building blocks. Very nice introductory course to get the feet wet and spark the curiosity into the world of IT!! The videos had little quizzes to make sure you're paying attention, the supplemental reading was informative and the VM(virtual machine...learned about that during the course ;) ) they implement really boost the experience. On to course two!

There is so much that goes into the world of computers and systems. This course did a phenomenal job of breaking it down and starting from the beginning to allow me to grasp necessary concepts for future lessons. The concepts are all interconnected so that is no easy feat, but they made it easy to understand something that I always thought would be above my head.

I was hesitant to start the IT Support Professional program because I was concered it was well beyond what I knew of PCs and Tech in general. I'm glad I finally started because the Tech Support Fundamental course covered a great deal of what I already new. The course left me with a sense of confidence as I make my into the networking portion of the certification.

If someone asked me did I learn on this course, I can honestly say "Yes I did". The course has structured the humble IT Skills I have aquired in the past. I got a lot from the "Getting Through a Technical Interview Section". It would also be good if there was a Customer Service trouble shooting simulator to use and practice with. Something to google and explore.

This course was very helpful. It gave a foundation of IT support. I was very confident with computers and technology before starting this course, but there was a lot of information that I didn't know until taking this course. The lessons were easy to follow and the labs were very thorough giving you lots of instruction and I never felt lost with what I should do.
