The IT Support Professional Certification course is great for beginners and works as a refresher for those in the IT field as well. Each course is engaging and dynamic. The instructors take complex concepts and introduce them in a clear and easy way to understand. Great course.

I totally enjoyed this course and I greatly recommend it to people who wants to jump start their career in the IT field with zero knowledge. I highly recommend this with people who has prior experience in the IT or people who are returning to the IT area and need a freshener.

Great overview of IT! The videos helped a lot with absorbing the information. I had to update the OS on my macbook pro to complete the labs so the practical application of the information was a bonus. Explanations were clear and detailed. Looking forward to the next course.

this a great course i just wish i knew what to do next. should i take more courses is there a mentor i can talk to. that would actually be a great idea once someone passes all the classes ther should be a mentor to help guide and help with real world application like job market

Great introductory lessons for anyone, It doesn't matter where you come from, this course will put your feet on a comfortable environment to learn the basics before stepping into a pool of content IT related. I would recommend this to anyone as the best foundation for beginners

Foundation to everything is the most important aspect of getting through anything in Life, making my foundation strong has been my greatest challenge but Google and Coursera have made it no more a challenge by providing me the right materials and knowledge through this course.

A great intro into the world of IT and Support, This is best for those who are interested in IT but who don't have much (if any) formal IT education or hands-on experience. I PROMISE, however, that there are very nice bits of new information in here, even for an IT enthusiast.

There was a lot of information in this course that I already knew, as someone who has been using computers casually for the last 20 years, but I didn't know that I knew a lot of it. It's a good course for setting you up to understand basics and move forward with learning more.

This is my first ever online course I've taken in my life. It also makes this the first course I've completed and it feels great! I have no college degree and going through these courses will definitely give me the confidence I need in pursuing a career that I'm interested in.

I loved these classes, they were engaging and easy to follow. It's amazing how much I knew but didn't know that I knew, but my knowledge always had gaps in it from being self taught. These classes filled those gaps days in, and help my confidence when I am speaking about tech.

Great fundamentals course! I was able to go at my own pace and log in from any device at any time. Learned so much from instructors as every concept was very well explained. The exercises and quizzes were helpful to fully understand lessons. Overall, it is a wonderful course!!

This was a great introductory course. It covered a lot of ground and gave a lot of good tips to let you decide whether or not the career path is right for you. I really liked the Google Cloud tutorials. They helped me see that I might be able to complete this course after all.

I think this is a very solid course for folks with standard-user or less knowledge of computing technologies. It covers a fairly broad range, so you're not going to get too much into specific details yet. But overall, it does a great job of getting some fundamentals across.

first, I had to unlearn two or three IT fundamentals that it turn out to be I am doing it wrong

second, the way you pack (small and forward capsule) give me confidence that THIS IS ALL THA BASIC you need to start learning more

Very easy to follow along and take notes that can be used to take quizzes and assessments. The hardest part was understanding the instructions to some of the labs. For a brand new IT student into this field using the terminal/shell programs was extremely hard to understand.

If you want to learn the basics of computing in a fun manner without pressure this is it. The instructors keeps it simple and doesn't overwhelm the learner. From small quizzes to graded tests, and informative videos, this course has got it all and makes learning fun and easy.
