Great course! Good start for any IT career. I love the fact that there are no pre-requisites required to enroll. Not even a high school diploma needed just your willingness to learn. Thank you Google!

One of the best introductory course for IT systems and fundamental knowledge of its architecture which is missed by non-CS degree holder even in post-graduate degree programs. Certainly it provided a robust background in IT support for self, organization and a candidacy for fulfilling job.

I was inpressed about all the stuff I review in this course, but also I was inpressed about the Quicklabs. It was interesting that in this course we used real servers in the cloud. Now, I want to keep learning about it, I want to increase my knowledge in tech, specially in troubleshooting.

A great overview and introduction to the world of IT. It is broken down into easy to digest sections and the language is general enough for a beginner to understand while still being informative. Good balance between the technical aspects of computing and the human element of Tech Support.

While I knew most this information it was a great re-introduction to it all, and was packaged in a great, accessible and interesting format with lots of great examples and videos and things to play with. I'm very much looking forward to the next course in the certificate training program!

I had previous experience with tech but thought the learning was great and I definitely was able to learn new ideas and the labs were helpful. My only complaint was the video sound was not synced. I was using Bluetooth earbuds and there was a significant delay that kept distracting me.

Great overview of IT Support Fundamentals delivered in bite size pieces and easy to follow instructions. Also the QwikLabs and virtual machine were useful, hands-on tools in realistic simulations; getting them done enhanced my confidence that I could perform IT support in a real company.

For an initial course I found it objective, if you read all the proposed documentation will help you, as a student we cannot be content with just what is presented to us, go there and search, get out of your comfort zone, don't underestimate, this is just 1 part of a series of 5 courses.

I love this course! Even though I was already fairly familiar, on a personal basis, with the world of IT, this course was excellent at refreshing what I already knew in a way that wasn't boring and teaching me things that I didn't know. It is definitely worth the time, effort, and price!

This course summarizes the basics in a very digestible way. I would very much recommend this course to someone who wants to get to know IT and get started. Also recommended if you know the concepts superficially and want to do a review before getting to the more technical stuff. Thanks!

Fantastic course! It would be helpful to other students if someone would review the scripts for errors. The translation isn't always very good and is sometimes confusing. Other than that the course was very well built. Great job from someone who has taken college online courses as well.

Excellent introduction to the different areas of knowledge necessary for becoming an IT Support specialist. I had user-level knowledge, but lacked a structured background. This was a great way to find out what I need to know. I'm looking forward to taking further, more in-depth courses.

This course serves as the basic fundamentals of the whole course. Fairly basic stuff, easy to get a handle of, and does a good job setting up or helping you decide if the later courses are for you.
Overall, very excited to continue to the more detailed courses after completing this one.

Having been in technical support in the past I can say that this training, while short, can really bring someone up to speed quickly. This course alone should be the training for most support positions or used in conjunction with already created in house materials to reinforce training.
