This course provided a lot of information on contact tracing. I know that the information that was presented in this course is going to help me understand the role and responsibilities of an individual that is working as a contact tracer.

Excellent course! I was able to learn a lot, which not only kept me informed but also made me feel a little more prepared as I go through this global pandemic. Hopefully, I'll be able to apply what I've learned soon and help my community!

i had soo much learning fun. i was able to finish this within a week. i love the flexibility of taking this m. it was first online course. it does give you a lot of notes. I can't to start practicing these new knowledge returning to work.

This course was designed brilliantly. Each modules material was easy to learn from and provided great followup questions of the materials presented. The modules were also presented in manageable time segments. No need to feel overwhelmed.

The course is comprehensive and provides the most current information regarding Covid 19. It also takes time to educate and inform on the necessary skill of empathy, which is essential to illicit vital information from Cases and Contacts.

This course is an excellent tool for us to learn more about Covid-19, its origin, transmission, how to contact trace, even they teach you how to communicate properly with the case or contact! Also the material they provide is very clear.

The overall course was good and very informative. My only complaint, is the actual call videos. I would have rather seen the cases react the exact same way and how each contact tracer responded, Drew the wrong way and Amy the right way.

The videos were clear and concise and the graphics aided in understanding the information. I learned a lot and hope to use this information in the future. Dr. Gurley spoke slowly enough for me to take in all the important information.

The COVID-19 Contact Tracing course was presented in a manner in which non-scientific individuals can understand the evolution of the virus, methods to employ in preventing the virus, and the proper methods to utilize in contact tracing.

I wish there was a bit more about when proximate contacts are not a concern. Are infections from a 5 min conversation with an infected person really that rare? Also I thought some of the active listening portions were a little ambiguous.

Good information in a straightforward manner. I'm helping out with the Michigan contact tracing efforts and we went through our own training but doing this supplemental course helped me to build my confidence for a variety of situations.

Enjoyed the course. I found it very informative. I wish you could connect education to careers in the states. I seem to be unable to obtain a ground floor opportunity to obtain a job in this area. But, Your course was truly informative.
