A very informative and easy to follow course with some excellent examples and testing of knowledge throughout. I am pleased that I opted to pay for the certificate at the end. I shall now look at other courses that will be useful for my CPD.

I've found this course very enjoyable and intriguing. I feel like there is tons to learn from this course and you learn a little bit of everything such as investigation skills, people skills and even some psychology and more! Simply the best!

The information was provided in a clear, concise, and engaging format that kept the student's attention. It did not sugarcoat the fact that contact tracing can be complex and sometimes difficult. However, it is a highly rewarding endeavor.

Instructor was very clear; the course provided slides of her points so one could read and listen simultaneously. It provided good information on origin, transmission, what quarantine and isolation entails as well as basic communication tips.

Thank you! My only comment was in the very first scenario (not played out, just written) the health department person had a very white-sounding name and the person with COVID-19 had a non-white sounding name. I would encourage changing this.

This course was very helpful for me and thanks to its instructions i'm now able to identify the risks of covid-19 and how to prevent my familly and me from and dangerous infections. I also learned what a contact tracing is and how it's done.
