I absolutely enjoyed and learned a lot about happiness from this course. I will definitely recommend it to my peers, as it gets me to the core from my misconceptions to developing the right practices.

This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This was a very useful course and I believe that anyone dealing with unhappiness in life should complete this course. This course has helped me both increase my happiness and develop many good habits such as exercising consistently and getting enough sleep.

This course is something that we all need to hear! We are all chasing after the wrong things and lose track of things that will make us happy. This course is not over after the last lecture. It is practical things that can be re wired into your everyday.

I think everyone should take this course to understand the things that actually can enhance our well-being versus the things we think/are taught will make us happy. Understanding the simple, intentional things we can do for ourselves makes a big difference.

This course is excelent in so many ways. I started in the midst of a situation of anguish and that changed through the tools obtained. They allowed me to see a way to grow, but above all, they strengthened me to make the decision to live well and feel good.

Going through the course made me realize how happiness is impacted by our mindset (and how our mind can be misleading). The course is backed up by solid science which provides credibility to the action plans taught in the course to increase one's happiness.

This is a great course, it will show different strategies to live a happier life.

A great thing about it is that it will force you to implement them through the course, it goes beyond just teaching you things, you actually get to implement them in your life!

One of the best online courses I have ever taken. The fact that it combines theory with practice is significantly helpful. The professor is so engaging and fun to learn with. And homework is so beneficial to increase one's happiness if one commits to them.

All of the information is applicable in daily life and gives a better understanding as to why we might feel unhappy. Happiness is work and habits- you can't just sit around and think it will show up! Great resources and weekly challenges. Highly recommend!
