This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

I truly enjoyed every minute of this course. I have been practicing many things in my every day life that we touch on but I learned so much more about actually implementing them into my life better. I cannot reccomend this course any more highly than I do.

This course allowed me to explore new strategies for adapting the spread of happiness, fulfillment and kindness. It also taught me what is important and less important in terms of desire.

This is an excellent course, with great material and a great instructor. Everything is well-validated, and scholarly sources are provided. There are also a lot of suggestions for further reading that are aimed at the general public, rather than academics.

This is a fantastic course for anyone to do anytime however, in the current climate it is perfectly suited to help people navigate through the challenges of life. Highly recommended to be able to get some strategies to achieve some happiness in each day.

Great material! Explaining the science of happiness, showing the related studies and findings to support them then providing tools a person can use every day to make some changes, large and small to improve their overall happiness, set and achieve goals.

Lovely course taught by Ms Laurie. She taught us and reminded us that sometimes the best way to feel better is to have goals that you can manage working towards, how sleep is important to our well being and lots more. Definitely worth tsaking this course.

I can not be happier having taken this course. I have anxiety and the tools they gave me were wonderful! Aside from that...the instructor is so wonderful and easy to connect with even by computer! I would love one day to meet her in person to tell her.

Great course design in terms of structure, materials, expertise of speaker. Exercises support application and reflection, thus the learning circle (knowledge, application, feedback, reflection) is almost complete which is great considering this is a MOOC.

Great information on what really brings people happiness and how to pursue it. I like the various speakers, as wall as Professor Santos. There are really only 6 weeks of learning and then 4 weeks to practice what you learn. Highly recommend to anyone!
