While a large amount of the material was a refresher from nursing school, I did enjoy learning some new information regarding contact tracing and COVID-19. From an educator's standpoint, the course was exceptionally organized in a clear and concise manner, while effectively utilizing scenarios to demonstrate concepts.

I am an artist and art teacher and have been for many years and the information was so good and well presented I feel that I can go further and maybe even go into a lower level heath care profession such as a nurses aid ect. Thank you I have learned a lot and I know what I learned will help me to be gainfully employed.

Loved the course and looking forward to putting it in practice, however, I'm concerned that it all maybe for nothing because I wasn't allowed to give my evaluations as required and it shows I'm 4 minutes shy of completing the course. The course is thorough and well paced. Though I've followed the news everyday about all aspects of Covid-19 from Dr. Fauci's appearances to the articles in the New York Times and other good sources I found that the communication skills for contact tracers are key to the success of stopping the spread of the disease.

I took this course to help me gain the skills and confidence for a contact tracing job. The course was informative, easy to follow, and had a fair variety of video lengths. I felt that the role play videos and readings were insightful. I would consider other courses from Johns Hopkins University after this experience.

Very clear and relatively easy to follow, with excellent instruction, not only on the disease itself, but the ways in which contact tracing can be used to inhibit the spread of the disease. It also deals with the balance between individual rights and the public good and the nuances of dealing with cases and contacts.

Learning online was made easy with how the information was presented by Dr. Emily Gurley. Her tone and speaking voice made listening to the information easy. This course is very informative and would help covid-19 medical warriors to combat the pandemic. This course would help people understand and stay focused, plan the isolation and quarantine facilities appropriately, especially during the times when medical equipment scarcity is a concern in almost all parts of world.

The COVID-19 Contact Tracing Course was very helpful and easy to follow. It not only benefit my profession but also everyone in the community. With contact tracing, it will help with containment and slow the spread of the virus. We can utilize this wealth of information to future epidemic and/or pandemic arises.

I don't know if it was speech pattern, voice inflection, pitch, tone or a combo of all, but the weird pauses in the middle of sentences then speeding through the rest, and upward inflection was distracting for sure. Probably just me personally though, lol. Other than that it was easy and easy to follow the material.

I enjoyed this program and got a lot of information out of it. While this is related to US laws there is still a lot that relates to us in Canada. Thanks for the program, the more good and creditable information out in the internet world the better we will all be equipped to reduce the number of cases.
