This course get's very high marks from me. I wanted to do contact tracing and this course gave me the history of COVID - !9 and the skills to help save lives by contact tracing. Even if you are not engaged in contact tracing this course offers an invaluable insight into the SARS-COV-2. The course material is very well presented and written. I found the course brilliant. This was a fantastic course. I found the content very interesting, informative, and well put together. The information was presented in an easy to learn way while also being new information. I feel well equipped to go about my days during the pandemic but also well equipped to apply for contact tracing jobs and help the cause.

I haven't taken too many online courses but this course was laid out in a logical manner and provided clear information. It would have been helpful to have a resources page with links for deeper dives but maybe the JHU COVID newsletter subscription will offer that. Thank you for offering this course at no cost to the learner.

This is an excellent course, that provides the basics - and more - to become a helpful individual during these type of situations, and in particular for the crisis affecting us now.

We need to be prepared to assist in any way possible. The lost of lives is not something we can take lighly, it is the most prcious thing we have.

Excellent course that was clear, concise, and quite informative. The instructor was quite knowledgeable and was able to present the material in a manner that was easy to understand. She used a variety of methods of learning and provided real life examples. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in Contact Tracing.

Excellent course. Very well organized and very clearly delivered. This course provides an excellent foundation for anyone who is interested in working as a contact tracer. Equally important is the knowledge it provides for everyone to have a better understanding of COVID-19. This course would be beneficial to all citizens.

I enjoyed the course and found it useful. It is very well done, and I feel that it prepares contact tracers well for potential tracing positions. I was sad to discover that there is no certification provided at the end of the course as is described. I was hoping to use the certificate to help secure a contact tracing position.

This was hugely useful and an eye opener into the role of a Contact Tracer. I would have loved to have a hard copy of the material - that would be useful for any future role. The course itself is well laid out and the Instructor very skilled - the actors in the various vignettes are excellent and really make this come alive.

This course provided me with all of the basic information that I need to begin working as a case investigator for my health department. The course clearly defined each of the terms that I need to know as a case investigator, and gave me the opportunity to test my knowledge on the subjects of case investigation and SARS-CoV-2.

I learned so much about COVID-19 and how to help decrease the spread of SARS-coronavirus 2. The information was clear and straight forward. Dr. Emily Gurley gave fantastic examples of situations that a contact tracer may come across. This course is great for everyone to take even if they are not interested in contact tracing!

The course was well organized, discussed the technical and emotional issues surrounding potential cases, and included multiple demonstrations of right and wrong ways to handle cases. Additionally, the course emphasized the importance of contact tracers and how educating potential contacts may limit the spread of the disease.

Incredibly informative and interactive course on COVID-19 and contact tracing. I'm looking forward to using the knowledge from this course in my new role as a contact tracer. However, I think the communication skills learned in this course are applicable to many other facets of my life now and in the future. 10/10 recommend!

Además como actuar en caso de contagio y principalmente como evitar la propagación del contagio . Como ayudar en caso de tener que colaborar ayudando a otras personas.

it was a really informative online class =D. They should use all the contact tracing for every states as the covid 19 goes down in a few cities then it goes up in other cities. if the contact tracer could be redistributed after they finish in one city. I guess they be able to help more in other states where they are need it.

This course was so informative and provided very clear information. I believe that I will be able to effectively complete contact tracing after learning ways to communicate with cases or contacts as well. If everyone were able to complete this course, it would provide society with much more knowledge on the current pandemic.

This course is very beneficial for all being because of knowing the recent pandemic situations due Covid-19 virus. From this course, I have learned lots of things regarding SARS-CoV-2 Virus, also knowing the precaution over it. This course should be done by everyone that the people are not afraid of due to the Corona virus.

Very informative, the things that I have learned in here is very useful , it is truly different when you just watch the news or you see it in the social media. It gave me knowledge on it is really spread and the timeline and computation when a case is infectious and how to identify people who can be at contact and high risk.

Even if you don't intend to become a tracer, this course offers critical information about transmission, infectious periods, isolation and quarantine timeframes and relevant symptoms. It should be a required course in general so that more people fully understand the risks of infection and the importance of social distancing.

I found this course very easy to use and to understand. If was well organized, clearly stated with helpful quizzes along the way to make sure you were learning the information. I enjoyed this course. If I'm not hired to become a contact tracer, I learned so much from taking this course. A lot of misinformation was clarified. I also enjoyed the module regarding communication and questioning. That particular module can be used to make me a more effective communicator in my private life as well .

Easy to understand even though some of the concepts can be somewhat complex. Frequent learning probes to test unit knowledge helps reinforce course material. The instructor was very clear and concise during lecture portions, and the example videos of how to handle calls were well produced. Thank you for an excellent course.
