Good info. reflecting and paraphrasing...why does it matter the definition as as long as you use one of them...Amy talks way too slow and pauses too much. He first video was ridiculously long and annoying. I was ready to pull my hair out. plus her voice. ugh scenarios over all , were too long

I learned how important contact tracing can be to reduce the spread of the disease, and by reducing a case’s spread by just one contact that can help end the pandemic. By using rapport and empathy I am able to be persuasive and get the necessary information about a case’s contacts. Thank You.

I really enjoyed how this course summarized information related to COVID-19 in very digestible ways. The use of visuals to show the incubation period and the infectious period were very helpful. The use of example phone calls were helpful to have an understanding of how contract tracing works.

This course is essential for everyone. Though I am not a health worker, I find it necessary to know what is happening around the world with regards to COVID19 and how best I can help protect myself and others through education. Instruction was simple yet profound. I am glad I took part in it.
