This course as very informative . It was very user friendly with both web and mobile learning and the material was easy to access. The practical exercises alongside the quizzes helps you keep on track to check your understanding of the lesson and to prepare you for the final assessment.

The clear and detailed course is so great to help people to get knowledge and skills to be a contact tracer , especially communication skills, like wording, tone, what type of questions to aks, how to identify contacts, etc, which is also helpful in our daily life and doing other jobs.

I was very impressed with the ease of learning, The syllabus was very focused and easy nto understand, I am hoping to use what I have learned with my colleagues to encourage them to to the why's they should get test and quarantine, Also tell them how to reach out to resources if needed.

A great course that taught me about COVID-19 from a public health perspective, and I appreciate the public policies that the governments put in to stop the spreading of the virus much more than before. Hopefully, one day I will be able to utilize the skills that I learnt in this course.

Extremely comprehensive course that covered everything about contact tracing. This course also explained aspects of COV19 , such as incubation and infectious periods. I highly recommend this course for people looking to become contact tracers and for those who simply want to learn more.

Educational. Clear. Instruction is logical, material is presented in easily understood blocks. Work examples are on point and relevant. Both technical aspects, and human/social interactions are neatly woven together into an unified whole. Great course. Highly recommended!

This course was very informative, extremely helpful in providing scenarios and utilized many opportunities to repeat information to set into memory. Some of the questions were a little tricky in the way they were presented, but I know that will happen in real time as well. Thank you.

The course was very informative and reiterated much of what I already knew. It also educated me on many things I did not know about the virus and clarified steps on contact tracing. Although I liked the narrator's voice, at times it seemed as if she were purposely stretching her words.

This course was very fun, easy, and intriguing for me because I learned plenty of new things and finished very quickly while writing down notes as it was very new to me! I am so glad that it was free and comes with a certificate as well since I want to survive this complicated disease.

The course was very educational and informative, I learned many new details and specifics about the COVID-19 Pandemic throughout this course. I gained insight into the transmission, infectious period, and incubation period, which will assist me in containing the virus in my community.

The course was great, very straight forward, and accessible.

The only issues I had were all on the app. The note feature crashed the app a handful of times and some prompts never appeared in the app. The most important being the identity confirmation prompt to complete your certificate.
