It was a great course. I learned many areas of interacting and working with employees. It is highly recommended for non-HR personnel to understand the concepts and for HR generalists as a refresher.

Very helpful to add insight and the presentation of the material is very interesting and easy to understand, especially for learning with flexible time. Thankyou Coursera

Making us do activities that peers review, when we are all new to these concepts, is NOT the best course of action. Keep it simple. Low level HR professionals are not writing mission statements for organizations. I do not find this helpful.

The module 4 graded assignment is too long, which have 30 questions. Also, the course is based on US law, but not general HR practice, which some of the items is not necessary.

Coursera has zero support and a shameless support team. Extremely frustrating experience with them
