Course 1 was very helpful in laying out the foundation of the program and the fundamentals of IT. I suggest adding more visuals into lessons. Each of the presenters have done a wonderful job.

Great learning tool. Had good, informative videos and challenging quizzes. Had some trouble with two Qwicklab labs, but after a few days they fixed the issue and I was able to finish my course.

Testing my patience and problem solving! I completed the labs, but only one is registering, took 4-5 tries to figure out how to get the windows to launch and complete. I love the course though.

This course was challenging, but finishing gave me such a sense of satisfaction. I can accomplish difficult endeavors. I don't feel like I am coming into the tech world without paying my dues.

To be honest, it's a really amazing course. I learned many skills such as troubleshooting, custormer service, detail infromation of computer parts and how to set up a computer from scrach etc.

if you have interest in technology and want a low cost low risk basic understanding of the industry and have no college background try this out I am impressed with this course and it was fun !
