Great introduction / review of the basics of IT and the Support role. The course is well paced and the user space was clear and easy to navigate.

The course had interesting video content, supportive reading, the ability to listen/watch/read, and touched all the points of any learning style.

excellent IT Course I am happy to say that some topics I knew such as building a computer but learning about binary language was very interesting

I earned the IT technical support fundamentals from Coursera online in a short period of time. Thank you google IT and the Coursera instructors.

Once I dedicated the time to the urse it was really good. I did have a couple of issues doing the labs, I just needed some patients with myself.

I really enjoyed this course, even though there was some confusion towards the middle but that is why you must reread everything more than twice.
