This course provides a practical approach to gaining insight into how change management leaders monitor, evaluate, and course correct for maximum results. Surveys, tests, evaluations, and observations of the activities are frequently included in measurements. Monitoring the effectiveness of change outcomes is also crucial. Managers typically combine quantitative and qualitative criteria when determining the impact. Each approach offers a distinctive viewpoint on the outcomes.
