I really love what I'm learning,but for some reason I can't get through my Qwiklab's in week's 3 & 5. Every thing else I pass. Other than that I like the IT Support Certificate course, Blair III.

This does a great job at what it does - teaching fundamentals.
If someone from a background light on computers wanted to learn a great deal in easy to manage segments, this is definitely for them.
