Very informative course with a lot of basic information on IT to prepare you for the other four courses in the Google IT Support Certificate program. Would recommend.

It was an amazing experience learning new things in the IT world is such an amazing model in this industry im 21 years old and i hope too make IT an everyday thing :)

I have learnt a lot from taking this course. I like the fact it was encompassing and detailed in some way and it has definitely sprouted interest to go further in IT.

Great course covered the basics as well as some in depth things. Really prepares you for the other courses offered. Loved all the history of computers and networking.

I found this a great introduction to IT. If you are a beginner and completely know nothing to just wanting to brush up on some things this is a great course to take.

I loved this program, it was innovative, and driven. I especially like that it makes you think and then use what you have learned in quizzes and hands-on simulations.

This course is definitely like the definition of the computer and the introduction of the IT field. The way content is designed and the way it's delivered is awesome.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and am looking forward to the next course out of the series. I was able to learn a lot throughout the Technical Support Fundamentals.

The people teaching these courses are good at what they do and helpful. They are clear when they speak which is verey important as this is not a face to face class.

This course is well organized, written, and illustrated with experts in the field. I am much more comfortable with the subject matter and am encouraged to learn more.
