Excellent but only for those who are absolute beginners and have no passing familiarity whatsoever with computer technology and IT.

Qwiklabs were the most interesting part of the course and I learned a lot about troubleshooting, customer service and documentation

Loved how detailed everything was. The course covered the most basic parts of IT. I have clearer concept of how our computers work.
