This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. You’ll learn about the different facets of Information Technology, like computer hardware, the Internet, computer software, troubleshooting, and customer service. This course covers a wide variety of topics in IT that are designed to give you an overview of what’s to come in this certificate program. Provides a good background into IT and the base concepts. It might cover info you already know if you're experienced with computers, but it starts with an assumption of little to no prior knowledge of the areas covered.

This is an excellent introductory course into the world of I.T. I think it is balanced in it's approach. Not too cmplex for the beginner and detailed enough for someone with intermediate experience to advance. Well done!

A very useful course that is very easy to understand even to someone from non IT background. Good roleplays that made learning very fun. Wrapped up the course with Interview tips and resume building. Overall nice course.

Good introduction to the industry. Quality of video lessons is great. The lab assignments could me more complex, my suggestion is to introduce some optional assignments with greater digfficulty. The lab resources work ok

This program is great. I was able to learn new things I thought I already knew about. I definitely enjoyed every last minute. I wrote down all my notes though. I don't like the note pad or whatever on the user interface.

In this course "Technical Support Fundamentals" I learnt How do I do Software install, Software uninstall in windows and Linux. I learnt how to fixed troubleshooting as well. I am interest to take other class on google.

I enjoyed the videos and how they were staggered. I think sometimes taking on so much information at once gain be daunting. By breaking the format down, the time I spent on each video seemed to just fly on by. Thank you.

Thanks for all the knowledge. I appreciate that the course has different images to explain the items and the videos are short, so you can check it on the way home while travelling, and repeating them as much as you need.
