I learned a lot during this short course of Contact Tracing. i hope i can help my community to trace the infected person and their Primary and secondary Contact, so that it will control the spread of Covid-19 not only in my place but to my Country.

Slide about droplet transmission should include information about airborne as well. A slide about the types of PPE that can decrease the risk of exposure would also be useful. There is no consistent understanding of effective PPE and how to use it.

the course was very informative; information was clear and concise. having video examples of the do's and don't regarding contact tracing was very educational. allows the learner to retain more information. thank you so much for having this course.

Very informative course, lets me make more sense of the news and better recognize the nonsense advice sometimes publicized. The specific guidance on conversational skills to build rapport were particularly interesting, and unexpected in this venue.

This is the third contact tracing course i have completed this month (May 2020), and it is by far the best and most comprehensive one. It was presented well and all of the lessons were clear and organized. i recommend this to anyone and everyone.

The conte is succict and easy to understand. Personally I am not sure I can do the cotact tracing job but I can feel how hard the people of health department office work. I want to know more details and want to use the learnings in real situation.

Excellent detailed introduction to the hows and whys of contact tracing. Valuable communication techniques, processes and procedures are explored in relation to their critical role in stemming additional spread of COVID-19 through contact tracing.

Clear, concise, and interesting. Appropriate length of time for each video, to maintain interest. I liked the embedded questions in a few of the videos. The mix of define/recall questions and application questions made the course very effective.
