Although I originally that it was a lot of information to absolve in 6 hours it was really a very informative course. I learned so much about the virus and also a type of bedside manner in trying to engage in conversation with cases or contacts.

I enjoyed the training. The information was presented well and easy to understand. I learned facts about the virus that I did not previously know. I gained knowledge in how to try and relate to someone in these new and uncharted times. Thank you

Really informative course! I am very glad I took it and would recommend it to everyone since Covid-19 affects everyone. Literally everyone should take this course. We might not have so many morons calling it a hoax if they just learned about it.

This course was amazing, the lectures were so well done and easy to understand. Dr. Gurley is a phenomenal teacher and also has a very nice voice to listen to. I had a wonderful time learning and I am excited to move forward as a contact tracer.

If you are new to online learning, this is a real confidence builder. It was super easy to follow, the user friendly design ( the fonts, the pace, the visuals and the audio) and pace made learning about a current and serious topic manageable.

I felt this course was very informative and easy to understand. The videos of example calls were a bit repetitive and the conversations were slower and longer than necessary. Overall, the quality and information in the course was exceptional.

I enjoyed taking this course which was extremely informative and very clear on what to look for. Good instructions on dealing with cases that may be difficult and reminders on tone of voice and manner in which to speak with concerned contacts.

Clear and interesting delivery of all the importance of Contract Tracing. I especially liked the section on effective communication and the components of building a rapport with a Case or Contact. Good amount of information and time required.

Contact tracing course was very knowledgeable and educating. I gained a more profound comprehension of COVID-19 and how the role of a contact tracer is utilized to educate those who do and have the possibility in getting infected with COVID-19.

Well written, walks you through in a logical fashion where you learn about the disease, the method of tracking, then a good number of scenarios that you may be faced with and how to work with the people you'll be connecting with over the phone.

To be honest I've learned really a lot in the course of COVID-19 contact tracing. I never pictured getting an achievement via online learning, which I did and Iam very honored and happy to get a certificate for the first time through Coursera.

This course is very informative. This course has enlightened me on how and when Coronavirus is contacted. The importance of isolating and quarantine, the need of a person isolating and appropriate communication skills learnt from this course

This was quite the educational course that has taught me how I can prevent not only myself from getting COVID-19, but also how I can prevent others from getting it through contact tracing. The review quizzes and videos were especially helpful.
