This is absolutely great, learning all these skills with couple of weeks, i really appreciate the source and i will encourage anyone who want to be in the IT career, Coursera is the best , trust me you will actually get what you expecting at the end of any course.

This is a very good introductory course into IT and tech in general. I am coming from the field of urban design. Though I knew a bit about different computer components and how they work, I feel this was a great first step into transitioning into a career in tech.

I really learned a lot and felt discouraged at first because I'm not the smartest person but after doing majority of the tests after each lesson I was surprised I had passing grades and over for majority of them. I am eagered to learn more and complete this course

IT was an awesome ride of knowledge and meeting professional and nice people. Really loved the course and looking forward to finish the courses related to this course. Really hope to get the chance to meet the instructors in real life. Loved their teaching style.

This is phenomenal course. For a guy like me who had a very small understanding about computer, it really gave me a full understanding of how the computer works. Nitty-Gritty of the hardware, OS, software and networking was explained clearly, hitting the bulls-eye

Its a hands on basic course for you to start up. Not only IT support but everyone interested in any ways in IT should go throuh this basic fundamental course. It dives into the things we use in day to day to life . Thanks Google for creating such amazing courses.

The course gave confidence in me and provided a path to learn tech support fundamentals. The course material is very detailed and helful to navigate. The lesson videos are short and helpful to review several times.I feel this course is designed for me personally.

This course is a great way to find out if IT is a new path you want to take. There are many fields in IT and this course gives you a basic run down of them and gives you the the tools and knowledge from experts that have years of experience. Highly recommend it!

A fantastic tool to build fundamental knowledge. Real-world application and simulated environments provide unparalleled learning compared to other resources I have used. I would highly recommend this course and the entire Google IT Support Certification track.

Now I understand the layers of IT support and give use of it on both my career and personal life, I enjoyed this module and learned a lot, with more practice and reading I'll be able to fully tackle and manage different troubleshooting scenarios that I may find.

This is one of the super course I ever did online. I love the way Coursera teaches things, it is not interesting and effective. And thanks Coursera for being online.

This course is very informative, hands-on, and best of all, includes a quiz here and there along the way. The glossary is especially helpful as well. You either know and understand all the words on the glossary or you don't. If you don't, go back and review!

I really enjoyed this course. The self-pace approach fits my personality and learning style. So, as I went through some new and some review materials, I kept thinking "I got this!" So, now mission completed. I hope you have a great learning journey as well
