I really enjoy this course, the IT world is so curious and I'm really excited to explore other courses and other concepts, because I love technology and learn about how they work and interect with them is just amazing.

I have so much fun taking this course and learnt a lot of the fundamentals in IT. I am looking forward to find a way I can put into practice all these knowledge and keep studying and learning in this interesting field.

As an experienced IT Professional I think this course has a lot to offer for newcomers, I really recommend taking the time to take this course and take advantage of the material, videos and reading Im really satisfied!

Technical Support Fundamentals - This was a great course and refreshed my memory with a lot of different things I had forgotten and needed back into my brain. This course is good for new and beginner IT Support Groups.

This course laid the foundation for what an IT Support Specialist may encounter. Through personalized video lectures, hands on quizzes and some real world application I felt it was a great start to the overall course.

This was a good introduction. Some of the questions were still quite generalized. I've worked in IT for several years and it took me a little thinking to understand these questions because I was being very technical.

It's a great certification for beginners. It helped me gain knowledge about fundamentals of IT. I gained a lot of knowledge not just about IT but also about communications skills, problem solving and customer service.
