Square radio buttons equal multiple answers to questions that don't specifically state they require multiple answers. Circle radio buttons equal questions with only one answer. Once I noticed that the quizzes were easier.

The explanations in forms of videos and having scripts under them help a lot! Very well explained in a matter that somebody who is entirely new to the field can understand! Very great use of analogies! Thank you so much!

While I have some training working with technology this course opened my eyes to what I did not know. I feel more at ease as I continue learning. As worried as I was all my fears were defeated with the knowledge taught.

I have finished the course in a couple of days and I feel much more confident in the IT area already. The course is perfectly crafted, cut into 3-5 minutes sessions, real hands-on training, excellently audited. Thumbs up.

This course was the perfect refresher since i've always been in the IT world. The VM was my favorite part of the course because I have never done that on my own before. I loved the course and the set up and learned a lot.

It was an awesome experience by taught by engineers from Google and they shared the knowledge which a IT support specialist should know , these are the basics and i'll continue it by taking the next course of it's series.

The fundamentals and the basis of IT support is all here. History of computers to building a PC including all the components. It hits the very core of everything computing. I am looking forward to all the next courses.

Overall very informative. It would be even better if when on the graded courses it gave you the answers, other other answers (if there were multiple choice), so it would make it easier to study and correct for the future

Very good use of examples from real world IT support job roles; the language used by customers and staff in IT jobs and the systematic steps taken to solve IT technical problems through thinking things through logically.

The course was a very interesting presentation. I liked that he put the assessment on a theoretical and practical basis. I learned many new, interesting and exciting things from other fields that I can apply in practice.

Provides a good background into IT and the base concepts. It might cover info you already know if you're experienced with computers, but it starts with an assumption of little to no prior knowledge of the areas covered.

This is an excellent introductory course into the world of I.T. I think it is balanced in it's approach. Not too cmplex for the beginner and detailed enough for someone with intermediate experience to advance. Well done!
