It was cool. Although I am already an exceptionally equipped and experienced IT Professional, this course is refreshing.

It's cool I can run through this six weeks program within three days.

It was a great course the fundamentals were practical but very well thougth out I'm hoping I could land a job with this without a degree nor the professional experiance to the industry yet.

I love it! How each instructor broke down the meaning and the understanding for each course was amazing. It really helped me understand the basic of IT and what to expect from this point on.

Very helpful for people who have no prior knowledge of IT, like me. The information in this course is easy to understand and is useful. Looking forward to completing the other four courses!

Mostly a refresher course for me, as I've grown up with computers my whole life. However, for those unfamiliar with computers, I feel this course is very simple and easy to learn the basics.

I really enjoyed it. It was engaging, challenging and rewarding. It was the perfect mix of the three. I look forward to my 3rd class with Coursera, to complete my Google IT certification.

The best online course I've taken in my life, I learned many new things, before this course, I didn't even know what IT Support specialist is, enrolling to this course is more than worth it!

Google courses always break down everything so it can be understood by the very basic beginner and this course is no different. It has the very basics and goes quite deep in customer service
