An excellent fundamentals primer for those new to customer service and IT technical support. For those already in the industry, it's a good refresher of concepts we use on a daily basis.

Instructors are very knowledgeable and keep the class interesting. The illustrations they use are very easy to comprehend which help when it comes to explaining difficult subjects in IT.
