Now I understand the layers of IT support and give use of it on both my career and personal life, I enjoyed this module and learned a lot, with more practice and reading I'll be able to fully tackle and manage different troubleshooting scenarios that I may find.

This fundamentals course was a great introduction to the world of IT. The facilitators were engaging and the modules were well put together. After completing this course, I'm excited to move on to additional certifications offered by Google for IT professionals!

This is one of the super course I ever did online. I love the way Coursera teaches things, it is not interesting and effective. And thanks Coursera for being online.

This course is very informative, hands-on, and best of all, includes a quiz here and there along the way. The glossary is especially helpful as well. You either know and understand all the words on the glossary or you don't. If you don't, go back and review!

The information learned in this course is basic fundamentals but also these fundamentals actually covers the basics of most Helpdesk requirements so I would say that for an entry level understanding of IT this is what every IT Helpdesk Technician should run to.

Absolutely great for breaking through the basics in a lot of areas. Keeps things relatively simple and is amazing for explaining concepts to even the most inexperienced person that want to take an interest in not only IT but computers and technology in general.

A very good foundation into the basics of IT. It is worth taking this course if you want to learn what IT Support is about. It covers not just computers and networking, but also soft skills required to work in a technical support role. Thoroughly recommend it.

This course is pretty straightforward, yet is also really informative. The supplemental reading is a great way to learn to teach yourself. The instructors simplify things in a way that makes the information easier to comprehend, and make you want to learn more.

I took this series of courses as a refresher before finally going back to work, and I'm surprised I was still able to pick up little nuggets of new information even though I am completely familiar with most of the stuff being taught. This really helps a lot! :)

Very thorough and comprehensive. Its reassuring to be learning from people who are accomplished in the field and come from a variety of different educational and social backgrounds. This course left me feeling inspired to keep going and pursue a position in IT.

After having already built a strong foundational knowledge in IT support from my previous work experience I felt that Google did a great job in re-instituting some of that knowledge with this course. I look forward to completing the other courses in this track.

I feel so empowered to use tech in an in-depth level. I feel a lot more confident in my skills and knowledge to attempt fixing tech. This is the first certificate I have earned since high school, it feels great to finally be able to put something else on my CV

Easy to understand. You have control to watch and replay the information you need to go over again. This was really helpful to someone like me who is out of touch for so long and getting back to familiarize back into the field along with all the developments.

Loved this course. As a 28 year old who thought he was pretty technically savvy, this course opened up my eyes to a lot more concepts and things I didn't know. My mind is glued for more knowledge concerning IT and i'm happy for the future as my skillset grows.

Very good set up of course I’m happy that correction was made when errors happen on the videos, needs to be just a tad bit more cell friendly but hey.. I ran the VM on my cell! how awesome! I loved this and it’s a good refresher if you have some IT background.

The course really gives an insight into all the different fields the IT specialist can get their hands into. Leaning about how the world wide web works, how computer communicates with one another, how to build and repair a computer, and how to write my resume.

Though the information in this course has been very useful it is very short and not super detailed. You get a decent knowledge understanding of how things work but it does not offer much in the way of actually learning how to fix/resolve any technical issues.
