Great fun way of learning about personal thought processing, attitudes and well-being.
Very helpful course to get me to assess my life and how to make the changes I needed to improve my well-being.

It´s an opportunity to increase your happiness levels, I took it during the cuarentine and it really helped me. I am very thankful for that. A great teacher and lots of practice make this course a great choice.

I LOVED this course. I told so many of my friends, family and coworkers about the things that I learned. I also loved doing the weekly rewirements and putting these ideas into practice. Would highly recommend!

If you want to really focus on yourself and find a way to improve your personal happiness, I highly suggest this course. Provides great data points, challenges to focus on and put some things into perspective.

Such a great course! Surely, it was tough to build new habits and stick to a new daily schedule but it's definitely worth it. Besides the course, I listen to a podcast hosted by the professor. Highly recommend!

I had listened to Laurie on the You are not so smart podcast and then I checked out the Happiness Lab site too. Doing this course was very good as it had structure and a rewirement project for actual practice.

This course is amazing. Everyone should take it! I used to think a lot of things were just nonsense, and its amazing to see the science behind all of the cliches we hear everyday on our walk towards happiness.
