Great content! Well paced. Videos and readings are helpful. The class concludes with a 4 week challenge designed to make a lasting impact, which I found very insightful. I highly recommend this class.

The course is wonderful for learners of all ages. It gives the younger generation a framework for building a happier and healthier life, it could help those in mid-life avoid a "mid-life crisis" and allow those nearing retirement a moment to pause and reflect on all the beautiful things still to come. Everyone can learn something from the course!

The Science of Well-Being is a wonderful course that teaches how to live a happier life with the help of practical exercises that are easy to apply in a daily basis, scientific fundamentals to support the teaching and a method that really helps students to be engaged and motivated. Professor Laurie Santos is a wonderful teacher and communicator.

I really loved how this course was able to explain things I already had a hint on from the scientific and psychological perspective. I really enjoyed the teacher, and how she gave her lectures and made them fun and easy to comprehend. I have learned valuable life skills from the Science of Wellbeing and I believe everyone should take this course!

Really great course with a great blend of scientific data and lecture. If you really want to find out how you can make small, thought out improvements in your daily happiness this class can help guide you! 10 weeks might seem like a long time but it really only requires 1-2 days per week of learning to get it done! I'd highly recommend to anyone.

I have completed the entire course, however it is stating it is only 99% completed. I reviewed it 6 times to see if there is any missed information, but all lessons show 100% completed. Why is the course saying not completed?? Very informative, however I would love to recieve my completion certificate. Thank you :) Please email back, thank you.

This is a wonderful course! Special thanks to Professor Santos for his interesting and simple presentation of the material, personal involvement and openness. Lectures are structured logically. I was pleased with the recordings of meetings with other specialists and authors of techniques. This course has greatly diversified and improved my life.

It's what we all know we need to do but don't because of the annoying features of the mind. Nothing in life comes easy, and that is even true of happiness. It takes hard work, intention, and regular wellness practices.

This is a brilliant course , it made me realise so many misconceptions that we have about our happiness. It gave me fresh perspective and taught me that at the end of the day happiness is not about material things , it is not in winning the rat race but enjoying and savouring each day. Absolutely fantastic course. Dr.Laurie Santos presented an excellent researched-based course. Her presentation style was so comfortable and relaxed yet the content was rigorous. This is an extremely worthwhile course. The instructor does a great job of making the scientific information digestible and accessible. Additionally, real-world application of the new techniques you are learning is built right into the course. Not only did my measurable "happiness scores" increase after this course, but I also just felt better!

This course is around at just the right time. It helped me to reflect on what I need to focus on in order to make my own life happier and the lives of those around me.It had a good scientific base and interesting research findings which I appreciated.It reawakened my interest in the study of Psychology and particularly in Positive Psychology.

What a wonderful (and important) course. I think these material should be taught to high school students as a requirement for graduating. Our cultural (United States) beliefs on what will make us happy are so skewed. This course (and all the researchers studying the material in it.) will go a long way to happier, healthier future generations!

I enjoyed this class and definitely i will recommend it to friends and colleagues . The science of well being and happiness will help people not only find themselves and their strengths, but to share with other their happiness, as they practice respect and share something in common. This course is fantastic! I'm so glad to have found it, and what a perfect time during quarantine. I looked forward to the lectures, and found it so useful to understand that what we think makes us happy actually doesn't make us happy.
I highly recommend for anyone looking for more meaning and happiness in their life, and who couldn't use that.

This course helped me realize that I can engage in better wanting to improve my happiness. Better wanting involves looking at all of the things that we think will make us happy in life but in reality pose a series of threats to our well-being. The key to our own happiness then becomes wanting the things in life that will promote our well-being.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me tremendously during the COVID-19 Pandemic which affected my household. My husband of 30 years became very ill and was admitted in the hospital. It was a close call but thankfully he survived and we are on the road to recovery. Savoring and grateful! Namaste.

very good in terms of discussing the nuances....so many layers and layers to unravel. Obviously well being is most talked about and is the hot topic of discussion since decades but its a huge labyrinth or a maze which cannot be decipherd or decoded without efforts and sincerity. This module does cover the nitty gritties involved & its great !
