Great content! Well paced. Videos and readings are helpful. The class concludes with a 4 week challenge designed to make a lasting impact, which I found very insightful. I highly recommend this class.

I wish I had this kind of direction given to me when I was at uni! At this age, many of the topics covered were already familiar to me, but it's always good to get the reminders of the valuable things in life. And now I really am determined to keep them implemented in my life. This course has really helped me though the current pandemic.

This course is definitely life changing. Exploring what REALLY makes you happy and what does not, is a great exercise. Lifelong learning and changes that make your life better. In my opinion Professor Laurie Santos does a wonderful job with the videos. The materials are top notch. Take the course, it will change your life for the better!

I highly recommend this course! My happiness scores all increased by the end of the course and I have developed better habits because of the rewirements. I learned so much and came away not only with knowledge about the science behind happiness rooted in positive psychology, but also about practices associated with what really does make people happy. This course was well structured and provided time for planning and adopting a new practice, which has expanded my set of healthy practices.

I thought I understood happiness, but through this course, I learned so many new things that I can't wait to try. I never would have guessed talking to strangers would boost your happiness, and their happiness, too. This course is fun and incredibly useful. I encourage those who enroll to stick with it. Prof. Santos delivered excellent lectures based on scientific research. I specifically like the reference she collected and let us know from where the conclusion came. The video quality is good, and the rewirement sheet with tips is helpful. The lectures are very informative. It is an excellent class and worth savoring for a long time.

I have been under the assumption that happiness, being a dynamic quality, can never be measured as such, or quantified like a materialistic existence. But I changed my assumption after going through this particular course, where for every finding is substantiated with enough research data. Kudos to the professor as well as to her team.

I really enjoyed using practical and science-based strategy to rewire my habits. This whole time I thought I was just broken and incapable of the level of self-improvement, but this course was truly an eye opening and life changing experience. I wished I could have just may one zoom meeting to meet other classmates and the professor.

This is a great course about the science behind what really leads to well-being compared to what we think is involved in that. Once you learn one does not actually contribute to well-being, you'll know what does and the second half of the course is about creating a new habit that will lead you toward more well-being. A fabulous course!

The course helped me understand how I am solely responsible for my own happiness and well being. To understand that I am in full control of creating and working through anxiety. I felt I was given valuable tools and techniques to help in the process of working through different levels of anxiety and/or depression created within myself.

I really enjoyed this course. If you really want to try and find out more about the real meaning and purpose of life this is the course for you. It helped me understand happiness better and how I am able to start with myself and change things for better as well as the others do the same with the knowledge you will get from this course.

I really enjoyed this class. I took it seriously and it helped me with a lot of personal decisions. I am retired but facing difficult choices and trying to determine their worth is no walk in the park. I am really glad I took it and on a personal level it helped me make a choice that I could be comfortable with. Highly recommend.

She's a good communicator! The course was science-based and filled with loads of practical strategies for all of us to use and apply to increase our happiness and enhance our well-being. I've learned a lot; I have plenty of tools to use. My happiness measurement score will continue to slowly increase if I do the work. Thank you!

I think that I'd love to retake this course when life feels more stable and balanced. I think that all of the weeks are so helpful and I plan to keep using the ReWi app but I think the perspective of being out of a job during a pandemic puts a very different spin on results and the way we relate to the different steps to Happiness :)

Changed my mind. I stopped focusing on wrong targets such as awesome stuff, lots of money, good job aso. Now I focus on things, which really make me happy, e.g. savoring, gratitude, kindness, social connection, time affluence, healthy practices (exercise and sleep) and reflextion/meditation. Thanks a lot - highly recommended course!
