Great content! Well paced. Videos and readings are helpful. The class concludes with a 4 week challenge designed to make a lasting impact, which I found very insightful. I highly recommend this class.

I would recommend this class for everyone. It really helps to focus on what's important. I started becoming more social by talking to strangers and reconnecting with friends. It's really helped me to feel more powerful which was a great side effect to working on happiness. Meditating every day has allowed me to be more patient and calm.

This course significantly helped me improve my overall well being and general happiness. I was struggling with mood swings, depression, anxiety, and low self esteem. After taking this course, I feel like I have the tools to manage my happiness and well-being and I have created several new habits that have impacted my life for the better.

Great course, with quality content. Very easy to keep up but even easier to implement the happiness practices. Highly recommend this! It was a breeze to complete during the quarantine and it helped me focus on an Abundance or Growth Mindset as opposed to a fixed or scarcity mindset in the middle of this pandemic and global economic crisis.

Really enjoyed the course although getting peer review is a little tough looking at what others have done, said and achieved so far, yet without it you will have only a 99% course complete.

Laurie's knowledge and pure enjoyment of teaching this is brilliant and infectious. More should do the course, especially in this time of social media.

Laurie Santos single handedly charted this entire course with enormous concepts beginning with Happiness, Perma and concluding with WOOP creator Gabrielle. Salutations to Professor Laurie.Conceptual overview was phenomenal and answering tests and quiz too were challenging and of highest order. A truly enriching life time learning program.

You need this class! It will open your eyes and heart to really consider what you really want in life. All the things that society tells us are important usually aren't so and research can prove it! This course was a game changer in ways I never could have expected. I highly recommend it and particularly would like to see this kind of content and approach be brought into high schools as an antidote to everything kids are exposed to in high school and the resulting explosion in mental health challenges among teens, particularly girls.

This course is very helpful to those wishing to explore what truly makes one happy. Hint: It is not what you think. The instructor is knowledgable, the class interaction is helpful, and the reading is enlightening. I can't think of a better time in which to investigate the source of well-being. This course, when done thoroughly, is really valuable to help generate positive patterns in your life, which in turn improve well-being. It can also be helpful to understand the people in your life who may be stuck in negative patterns. It is the littlest of steps that can turn life in the positive direction, so keep taking those steps!

Course content was excellent and the presentations were both informative and interesting. Laurie Santos is a great instructor - her pace and content was very good, had the right amount of questions and quizes to verify that we were learning / meeting the objectives fo the course. I would definitely take more courses from Laurie Santos.

Such a brilliant and inspiring course! A very interesting, engaging and easy to digest compilation of scientific findings on how to be happier. It does not get any better than that! The lecturer is really welcoming and captivating. Definitely one of the strongest aspects. A real life hero in my opinion. So much gratitude for this course!

I like how the course was presented: first, the misconceptions, and then eventually, the things that will really make us happy. It was like relearning again the things and practices to make us truly happy. This was my first time in taking a course here and I am happy that I finished this without having to put too much pressure on myself.
