I absolutely enjoyed and learned a lot about happiness from this course. I will definitely recommend it to my peers, as it gets me to the core from my misconceptions to developing the right practices.

A happy person by nature, I often feel discontented with life’s imperfections. I also have trouble recognizing why others are happy or unhappy. This course has opened my eyes to the science behind why we think the way we do and what we can do about it to achieve a better sense of well-being.

I have learned new ways to help me with my Well-Being. I want people to know if you try and make new habits they will work only if you allow them too. Yes, it is not easy to start new habits and you have to work on and be honest to yourself, but the outcome is worth the levels of Happiness.

This course is so essential at this time & in this culture of uncertainty and unrest. Savoring as often as possible, taking time to enjoy special moments, the importance of mediation, exercise etc.. are so key to us all living are best lives. This course supplies the tools and the science.

I loved this course. I took the full 10 weeks to complete it. I wanted it to truly make a difference in my life. I felt the best way to do that was to do the rewirement exercises in the way they were intended. I highly recommend taking this course if you want to change your outlook on life!

This course taught me a lot through the lectures, even the handouts allowed me to be much more organized. Overall this was a great and fun course and I saw much improvement of how happy I was from the beginning to the end of the course where it improved drastically from a low 2 to a high 9.

I really enjoyed the course. The literature research only to gather all these data would take up quite some time. The content of the course gives an interested person an extensive knowledge base to build on in the area. Audio & video could have been better, but not a deal-breaker, at all.

I believe that one must take good care of themselves so that they can output maximum goodness into the world.

A wonderful course in every aspect! Weekly sessions had great structures (plenty of reading material), rewirement challenge at the end made a huge difference, plus Professor Santos is a wonderful orator. Highly recommend this course! It'll change your perspectives on life in a great way!
