This was much more in depth than I expected, and had a far greater impact on my own wellbeing too. It is accessible for a range of learners, but the additional reading material (which you do not HAVE to do) can go into much more depth for those who are more academically minded. Well worth the time.

It is an absolute brilliant course, it really improved my life in a tremendous way, an incredible revelation for me was when they talked about goal setting and specifically the WOOP technique, I never imagined how goal setting was so much related to our well being. I highly recommend this course.

Wonderful course adapted to a virtual environment. Like any course, the more you put in, the more you'll take away. This course taught me valuable information backed by data shared through storytelling. I recommend to anyone who is interested in the well-being, positive psych, yoga or mindfulness.

I absolutely loved this course!! My level of happiness significantly increased and I feel peaceful, something I haven't felt for quite a while. I tried another course on happiness and it just doesn't compare to this one. Thank you for offering this to us at such a critical and unsure time in life!

Overall it was good. It was also challenging. You CAN increase your own happiness, but you must work for it! Data from scientific studies presented is plentiful and compelling. Thanks to this class I've been successful in establishing a new habit of daily meditation, and plan to continue it!

Taking this course is not going to give you a silver bullet to happiness, or magically make you happier. What it will do is expose you to what is truly meaningful for a happy life and scientifically proven practices that, if you implement them and put in the work, can help you lead a happier life.

It was a really interesting and well structured course. It does give some helpful real life tips how to increase your overall well-being. I was quite surprised to find out some of the things I thought are straight forward to be different. Great experience with the course and I highly recommend it.

I loved this course. So much insight and at the same time logical. It actually surprised me how much more of a motivating factor it was in my changing my habits and mindset for the better. This should be a mandatory class in all schools. We'd save ourselves a lot of frustration and heartache!

A very good course to take any time- especially at the times of Corona lockdown. Engaging enough, entertaining enough, but with very good insights on how to be a happier person. Backup information and materials used were all very resourceful and relevant, spaced well to keep the interest going.

Really great course content! It was also very easy to fit into my free time. This course doesn't require a lot of time from you, but it requires effort if you want to reap the benefit of the course. Super helpful in identifying why we aren't as happy as we want to be and what we can do to fix it!

This course was referred to me at exactly the right time in my life. Having gone through some heavy things nearly exactly last year, it helped me really dig down and pull out new lenses to examine life through. I would even do that again in the future to revisit these ideas of finding well-being.

I picked a couple of rewirements, gratitude and meditation. During Covid times, I feel like I’m doing better than most people I know. I’m not in a rush to get back out and be exposed to CV19 and I am also not diving into the end of a wine bottle. This class is one everybody should take right now.

Super course, with plenty of good tips on how to usefully manage our time and how to keep a good balance between private and work. Lots of good books and TED excerpts, some of them familiar, some of them a nice discovery. A big thank you to Laurie for sharing her knowledge throughout this course!
