I do not care who you or what you do, It truly does not matter what walk of life you come from. This course can benefit anyone. It's a great way to see the world from a different perspective. It did not just feel like another class and another grade. This is something I can take with me forever.

The course teaches some theories, and the best one is, it gives some experiments and statistics to justify the theories and let students have better understandings. It is a well-organized, delicate, wonderful course, I'm so excited I really get help through it. Thanks for all the teaching staff.

This was a really good course. Not something I would've chosen normally but I was trying to impress a girl etc. Very interesting content and it was broken down well and paced nicely. The essay at the end was nothing to worry about and you are gently lead through it and it's finished in no time.

I loved this course! Professor Santos lectures are succinct and interesting. I learned a lot of things I can APPLY to my life that will improve my overall well-being. I just wish some of the weeks/lectures were longer cause there's not much material after week 5. I recommend taking this course.

I couldn’t recommend this course highly enough, especially given how drastically our happiness can be affected by current global pandemic.
I thought the course was educational and enjoyable. I noticed a change in my conscious thinking and have used this to influence those around me.

I can recommend this course to EVERYONE! No matter where you are in life, this course can help you improve yourself. Educational, inspirational and filled with hope. Especially now when we are quarantined and nothing is as it was. This course is great.

At first jumping into this course, I was skeptical I would truly be happier at the end of it. However, the data and how I feel shows otherwise. What you learn and what you do for this course will open your eyes and really show you ways to improve your well-being over all. 15/10 highly recommend!

The course has been great! Well structured. Well-being for me is living in the present moment, enjoying life and its many gifts, taking care of myself (meditation, healthy food, exercise, sleep). I have been getting there slowly. The course has clarified which is the way to go. Thank you Laurie!

Great experience! Very useful course above all during this challenging period. The scientific explanations and the rewirement scheme were my favourite part of the programme. I learned a lot but most important I acquired practical tools I can apply to improve my levels of wellbeing and happiness.

This was such a great course. Dr. Laurie Santos is a great conversationalist and easy to listen to, and broke down the material so well using relatable anecdotes and humor. I would definitely suggest this class to anyone who is looking for some tools to develop their own happiness a little more.
