I loved this course! I loved it because it re-enforced what I already knew but I also learned new things and I loved how studies and stats were used to demonstrate learnings.
I started this course at the beginning of the pandemic and I'm glad I did!

I think having a reminder or what they call a "check" in life is a gift and if one can get that it might reset their life and general outlook in a positive way. The course helped bring to light the things I needed to refocus on especially during C19

I truly believe that everyone should take this course so that they have a good base to start getting happier. With the tools to work on a happier life, it will be easier to notice when you are happier and notice when it is time to do some self work

This class was both cool and informative. I can now do a guided meditation for over 20 minutes and I have my 15 year old daughter participating with me! How great is that ?!?!

Perfect course to tackle during a pandemic. The instructor has a very calm and sensible demeanor throughout. While many of the lessons may seem so obvious - you definitely question priorities and what you think makes you happy and what truly does.
