I have taken a dozen courses online. This is the most challenging and fulfilling course I have taken so far. And I believe that the course shall be beneficial to all people in different walks of life.

Great fun way of learning about personal thought processing, attitudes and well-being.
Very helpful course to get me to assess my life and how to make the changes I needed to improve my well-being.

Course was really great . Teacher was very helpful and tried to teach us in simply way . I did a lot of notes and I will be continue this exercises which I hope one day will become my habits and routine! Thank you very much and strongly recommend

This course gives a great opportunity to put in practice our knowledge about well-being and change our habits into better ones! It also teach us about the ultimate acknowledges of Scientific Psychology about happiness!!! Could it be more exciting?

This class is excellent. My wife and I both benefited from this class especially during the trying times of the pandemic. We had the time to do it. I have recommended it to many people, as I got so much out of it. Thanks Prof. Santos and Yale.

The way Laurie explained everything, and especially when she used researches as examples, made everything so easy to understand! The lectures were nicely done and the assignments are quite engaging. Overall, the course is definitely one to go for!

I love this course. I think it helps you understand that happiness is work. The cool thing here is that everything is supported by some experiments and research, so you see that there are some efforts we can do if we want to increase our wellbeing

This course not only tells you what makes you happy, it explains why. It makes sense, and really brings it home by making you responsible for your own happiness and makes you engage in certain measurable behaviours so you can test it for yourself.

Very enlightening and practical course about how to look after your mental health and become happier with your life. Laurie is a great teacher and provides great suggestions for developing good sustainable habits for happiness. Highly recommended!

If you weren't aware of just HOW unhappy you actually were... take this course! You might have thought... "I'm fine"... and then when you actually improve and feel better... you realize - it worked! Still meditating... Woo! Thank you Prof. Santos!

Laurie is incredibly friendly and thoughtful with the presentation of her material. There are ample studies to support her claims. Exercises throughout the course offer opportunities to practice what you learn. Incredible and life-changing course.

I found this course amazing. It was super accessible, the professor was highly engaged in the topic and I loved the combination of research based evidence and putting things into practice. I'm actually a little sad that the course is finished now!

This was amazing course backed up by a lot of scientific evidence. I enjoyed it! Some weeks it was more challenging to follow the lectures, but since I installed coursera to my phone it became way better than trying to get time in front of laptop.

Great course. Everyone should take it. Dr. Santos is absolutely fantastic! She is a very engaging speaker, the course was really interesting, and the retirement exercises were extremely useful. I learned a lot in a short amount of time - thanks!

Other then a few glitches sending quiz results to host I am very happy with this course as I head into week 5! Thank you for making courses like this available. After I finish this I think I will buy the course for my 23 and 25 year old daughters.

This course is really good. It shows with real data how someone can improve significanlly their well-being. When you see with data the real effect, then you start to think that you may need to do some changes in your life, so you can feel better.

This is an excellent class. It includes the right amount of video learning, reading, and practical learning. I highly recommend it. The lectures are engaging as are the activities. I learned a lot. More importantly, I'm practicing what I learned!
