I have gained an immense amount of knowledge from this course. I cannot wait to dive deeper into the ever changing technology world and the other courses provided through coursera.

It was packed with information at a pace that I felt was comfortable. I have a little background that helped, but I believe anyone can succeed in this course if it is their desire.

This course is very useful in learning the basic concept of the Technical support role, As you are the person who wants to enter to I.T field then it as recommended one to pursue.

This was a great overview of the fundamentals. I wish it would of dug a little deeper into the hardware side. I notice when it comes to comptia tests, I'm lacking on the hardware.
