Easy to use course and understand IT fundamentals. I am looking to change careers and was able to easily follow along even when I spread out my learning.

Better way to understand the basics of the Technical Support. I would appreciate the way the things we taught with role plays, interactive sessions, etc.

I love the way they thought fundamentals, I was very with the course and certificate, I want to continue with more certification to get job in IT support

Very difficult content of the module, but the teacher explained the issues clearly. Tests were also helpful in understanding and mastering the material.
