This first course had lots of content to go through but it's worth it. If you a raw beginner or an amateur that dabbles into computer troubleshooting, then I say this is something you might want to continue with step-by-step-by-step.

This course has a lot of cool stuff in it like online labs that show you how to do some of the things you are going to do in the real world of IT. However, it does not yet teach how to clone a drive with say Rescuezilla or Clonzilla.

Besides the subjects I know, I had the chance to review and learn many subjects that I did not know much. The explanations were generally simple, plain but satisfying. I think that this course has given me a lot in a fundamental way.

It was pretty information and I did forget about official documentation I would just write out instructions and print them out and distribute to other coworkers or out documents people would take suggestions and create documentation.

Pretty good course, this is my first. I am going to school learning data administrating networks, this parallels what I've been learning. Although in LESS depth, it definitely helped me round out and get some review. Thank you Google

It's a good course for beginners in this field or for those who are interested to join in this field . I hope courses like this come more often from big tech companies like Google, Oracle, Microsoft to help students learn new things.

this was a great course! I knew only some things, but not all. When going into a job, they don't teach you all of this, you definitely had to go to school to learn all of this. Looking forward to learning more things in the IT world.

Great simple course but ran into an issue of accessing PEM content on chromebook but quickly resolved it myself!

I suggest adding info that you need to use keytool Or ssl commands on the terminal to access PEM content on a chromebook.

The first week of the course is awesome. From day one I thought I already knew the fundamentals, but I was wrong. Learned many things that I thought I did not know before. Starting week two today and looking forward to learning more.

The topics are basic for BSIT Degree Holders. But learning the basics builds a strong foundation on the technical support skills. It also supplements your prior knowledge in troubleshooting specially the standard industry practices.

This was a fantastic introductory course. I had a job lined up which will offer me the training I need to be successful, but during my transition period (from IT Recruitment to IT Support) I wanted to assist my skills as best I can.

It has been a wide range of topics of which I only had a superficial knowledge, now with the tutorials and videos received, a better concept related to information technologies has been generated. This has been great, thank you all.
