I really enjoyed the course and it was really easy to retain the information through the videos, readings, and practice quiz's. I look forward to learning more in the next course.

The course was well defined as it touched major IT sections. The customer service section was a tremendous section as i was exposed to skills and good customer service etiquettes.

This course was relatively straight forward. I was a little confused about how to get the labs done at first, but I just needed a little patience with loading the one lab is all.

This first course helped me learn alot and refresh on a few things I forgot. Although the second course is gonna be a little challenge cause I never done anything with networking.

Very professional well written course. Very introductory, you don't need to know anything about computers to start. This course is a good way to get your foot in the door to IT.
