This course is by far well articulated course that I have ever attended. Even though I am half way in but I am already becoming and feeling like an expert in the subject line. :)

This is the best course that I ever took online, I believe the doors will be opened. thanks Coursera and Google for creating such courses. I am looking forward to more learning.

Really enjoyed this course and learned a lot from here. The instructors explained everything very well. I recommend this course to everyone who is curious to know about computer.

The course was really good, the way the teachers were puttting themselves to give me the best concept and knowledge. That was a plus. I will look forward to finish up everything.

It was very good I liked the idea of the Dialogue underneath the video definitely helped with note taking. I have a better understanding of what happens "behind the screens" now.

as an introduction to IT support specialist, this course was a refresher for past learning and also shed light into what are the roles and responsibility of IT Support Specialist

This course compiled a ton of information that kept me on my toes to wanting to know more and provided me a greater knowledge of the IT world that I've always been curious about.

I think that this course should be taught in grade schools everywhere. This course is full of so much beneficial information to anyone who has or uses a computer or the internet.

As I'm a computer engineer student, I know most of the course, but I thought it was very thorough, perfectly explained and in general a great course. I would highly recommend it.

This is a great intro to what we will be learning in the next courses. If you get stuck on a certain topic, its easy to go back and read your note or even watch the lesson again.

A pretty good course for learning Tech Support Fundamentals. Many things to learn for someone just getting into it. I really liked the part about the importance of communication.

So far I have enjoyed the videos. I was afraid that they might be boring and not hold my attention, but they were the complete opposite! I can't wait to move forward with this.

For those people who are very new to IT and may know very little about IT support. I recommend this course. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with IT and its fundamentals.

Broken down into such easily understandable bytes (insert eye roll) of information for the newbie and not tech savvy to grasp, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, makes me believe I can do this!

The course is a nice introduction to the wonderful world of IT. It helps you built both professional and personal skills. One of the best online courses i have completed so far.

Very good course for those wanting a start into IT Support. As i have worked in IT support in the past, I completed the course (which watching all videos) in 5 hours (roughly).
