This was a great overview of what IT support is fundamentally all about I look forward to the next course to dive in deeper, to the linux side of it.

Really good instructors. I like the pop-up quizzes that come up in the videos to get you to stop and think, and reflect over the information provided

I got to learn and relearn about computers and the programs that are being used. They even showed how to build a computer with all of its components.

really basic but gets job done. if you already have a bg in TI or know your way around tech it is still really usefull "to get your fundations solid"

i wish i had know this course when i was in college, this will definitely help to understand more how it help desk system work and how to achieve it.

This is the most detailed fundamental course I've ever had in IT, I just can't wait to start the other courses and learn all the cool stuff about IT.

Good overview with engaging instructors. The sudden stops for pop up errata or questions can be a bit jarring though...just something to be aware of.

It was easy to follow along and the labs they have you do as well is very helpful in learning, especially for someone who is a beginner in the field.

Great introductory class. Lots of videos, not a lot of interactive activities. But if you retain information well, this course is a great experience.
