I learned a lot in a short amount of time. The videos were informative, and kept me interested. The tests were fair... and the labs were challenging.

It was really fun. And quick. I really enjoyed it.

The best part was the up to date content. The tutorials online are really old compared to this one.

For beginners, this is very ambitious but comprehensive introduction to Technical Support Fundamentals by Google employees who actually do that work.
