Instructors have a great way of explaining everything!! they make all cocepts so simple that its easy to understand, remember and put it to practice!!

Excellent for the beginners but a little bit too "dummie proof" in my opinion But I understand that not all people have tech background so it's cool

It is a great high-level overview of the basics of IT support. Beginners will likely walk away with a wealth of knowledge and a craving to learn more.
