Even though I would rate myself an intermediate user of computers and general IT knowledge, this course made understanding the points that I didn't fully grasp, easily understandable! Can't wait for the next course I take through Coursera!

This course was truly amazing. I love it, and I have so existed that I completed it in almost no time. It´s a great start for someone that wanna continue on a technical role as Customer Support IT or Agent. I strongly recommend this course!

this would be better for someone with no computer background than it was for me. i still picked up a few things i didn't know before and enjoyed the experience. i will continue through the other courses and look forward to more challenge.

The is a must do course! I recommend it to everyone whose goal is to step into the IT support world. The lectures and the approach taken by the instructions in teaching is very outstanding even to someone who learning IT for the first time.

I really enjoyed the various instructors and all their individual perspectives. I also appreciated all of the 'hands-on' practice opportunities using quicklabs. That was the one part that was a bit scary for me but ended up being just fine.

that was very good course for me, i get more new things from this and i am 1005% sure if we follow these kind of courses it will help and train us more and more.

This course is one of the best I have taken so far, the speakers of the course are very clear and concise with their presentations, I am very excited to continue with the other courses that I have yet to finish, thanks to all the speakers.

This is an awesome course I liked how actual IT professionals were teaching the course. This course teaches technical aspects of IT support but also customer service skills that are important to develop to be a successful IT professional.

I appreciate the way the first course is laid out to give an overview of the field and the major topics to come. It's good to finish and not feel too overwhelmed with what's about to happen and feel like I have some momentum to keep going.

Technical Support Fundamentals is a very important course in the field of IT, it really helped me a lot in my job as a recent graduate with no experience. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wishes to do exceptionally well in IT support.

Great Beginner Course!

Lots of information in easily digestible segment. Videos with Subtitles really made it easy to follow along with ideas and concepts. Being able to click a section and have the presenter read it over again was awesome.

I enjoyed going through this course, as doing so helped me to understand what an IT Support Specialist is expected to know. This course also introduced me to many functions of computer language and mechanics. The possibilities are endless!

This was a very helpful introduction to many different technical computer concepts. The instructors were all easy to follow, and things were explained in terms that I could understand. I enjoyed it and I am looking forward to more courses.

This course if exceptional for the beginner. It provided information that, as a user, I was not aware was behind the scenes while using computers on a daily basis. It provides a solid foundation to build on for becoming an IT technician.

Great overview of the basics of IT. I was able to brush up on a lot information I already new, plus it introduced me to a few new areas of IT I had no previous experience with (ie. working with linux). Would highly recommend this course.

This was a fantastic engagement from the GILGIT Baltistan government for their students. I have learned many things in this course & improved my skills. I'm very thankful to the GB government for such a brilliant and wonderful initiative.

There were some instructors that I felt went way too quickly through the course material, so I struggled on a few of the quizzes. But overall, the information covered was extremely helpful and will assist me in furthering my career in IT!
