Experienced great with the chapters that were taught by the IT professionals and the Assignment we did is really a great idea and more. Really loved the course very much and it's awesome to learn this type of course in this awesome way.

This is a very good learning. I highly recommend this to anyone new to Technical Fundamentals. As a first time user of Coursera IT, this is a good experience to understand the concept of IT. Anyone can learn and become an IT programmer.

Really enjoyed the course. Laid out in a format that is easy to understand. I like the way the instructors used real world examples and also analogies to make it more relate able. The interactive portions of the course are very helpful.

I have enjoyed the course for these reasons I like the videos from all the different employees that work at Google. I enjoyed the reading material, labs and different scenarios on the customer services skills.

Very comprehensive and much better practice platform, but still you need to be self learner, because all of the required material is not discussed here, try to research and find supported material around the internet and other sources.

Great course! 100% recommended! Loved the instructors, the videos, glossaries, questions and quizzes. The virtual machines challenges were too easy, but I still enjoyed them as it is the first time I used the Qwiklabs tools. Thanks! <3

Excellent course for beginners. The only thing is don't believe that they will give you job. I already passed the exam and got Professional Certificate but not job. Take this course only if you want learn don't take it if want to earn.

This is a great crash course intro to IT Support. A lot of the content was familiar to me, but I learned a lot of useful things in the module on troubleshooting and customer service. I'm already applying those lessons to my daily work!
